Ms Beth Laughton
Beth Laughton has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, providing advice to companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestments and equity capital market transactions.
She is currently a Non-Executive Director of JB Hi-Fi Limited and a member of its Audit and Risk Committee.
Ms Laughton is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ms Laughton was previously a Non-Executive Director of Sydney Ferries and Chair of its Audit Committee for six years.
