Mr Andrew Fletcher
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Defence SA’s Chief Executive Officer brings to his role not only a detailed understanding of the management of complex major infrastructure projects, but also extensive experience in corporate governance. A Fellow of the Australian Institution of Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers, Andrew Fletcher is a highly-respected member of his profession with more than 35 years involvement in the engineering and construction industry. Most recently, as KBR’s Senior Vice President Asia Pacific and Senior Vice President Infrastructure, he directed significant engineering projects around the world, controlling an annual turnover in excess of $1 billion and employing 2,700 staff in 45 offices and 20 countries worldwide. A Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is a former member of South Australia’s Economic Development Board and currently sits on both the Environment Protection Authority Board and the Defence SA Advisory Board. As Chief Executive of Defence SA, he is responsible for elevating South Australia’s defence industry strategy to the next level, cementing its position as the defence capital of Australia.

Trevor Lambert
GENERAL MANAGER - PROJECT/PROGRAM DELIVERY
Trevor Lambert’s extensive experience in project delivery, both as contractor and consultant, spans engineering infrastructure, land development, mining and defence. He is currently Project Director for the design and construction of the Common User Facility. A member of the Institution of Engineers, he is former Director, Major Projects and Director, Sales & Marketing for KBR (Asia Pacific). He has served as co-chair of SA Business Vision 2010’s Environmental Industry Cluster, and as a member of the Minister’s Leaders Group for the Federal Government Environment Industry Action Agenda.

Kelly McGloin
GENERAL MANAGER - CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Kelly McGloin has held executive positions in South Australian economic development agencies and ministerial offices over the last decade. She has extensive public sector experience, particularly in the areas of corporate governance, strategic and business planning, industry development and marketing and communications.

Richard McLachlan
GENERAL MANAGER - DEVELOPMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT
Richard McLachlan has significant experience in the planning, development and marketing of commercial, industrial and residential property projects gained through time working on projects in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.
Since 2006 he has led the development of key industrial and commercial precincts of the Techport Australia Naval Industry Hub at Osborne and oversees the management and development of a significant property portfolio managed by Defence SA including Technology Park Adelaide at Mawson Lakes.

Damon Hall
GENERAL MANAGER - FINANCE
An economist and financial analyst, Damon Hall has held senior finance positions with the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance. He has accumulated extensive experience in the evaluation of infrastructure projects, monitoring the performance of Government business enterprises and in budget management.

John Teager AM
GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A former air-force aviator with a highly distinguished and broad-ranging career over 32 years, John Teager has served world wide and acquired a wealth of military and defence experience. His last appointment was as Commander of the Air Force group responsible for the provision of mission-critical information to the warfighter. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management and the Royal Aeronautical Society. John was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2005 Australia Day Honours List and holds an Australian Active Service medal.
