Beth Laughton has more than 20 year’s experience in investment banking providing advice to companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestments and equity capital market transactions.  She is currently a consultant for Wilson HTM Corporate Finance where she specialises in providing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advice to companies operating in the following industries: information technology, speciality retail, business process outsourcing and telecommunications.  Ms Laughton is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a member of the Defence SA Audit and Risk Management Committee.  Ms Laughton has been a non-executive Director of Sydney Ferries and Chair of its Audit Committee since July 2004.
