SA’s dynamic and experienced workforce is underpinned by a world-class education and training system and a supportive regional migration program. These form a pipeline that delivers highly-skilled and motivated workers to the state’s defence sector.   

The State Government, in partnership with defence industry and local education and training institutions, continues to invest heavily in workforce development strategies and programs to support the long-term skills needs of the defence industry.
